Returns
You have 3 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, such as customized products or opened medical products (e.g., Cataract Post-Op Kits).

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not defective or damaged.
